4 OUNCES SEMISWEET CHOC CHIPS
1/4C HEAVY CREAM
8 OUNCES SOFT CREAM CHEESE
1 EGG
2 TSP. FLOUR
MELT 2 OUNCES CHIPS AND CREAM IN MICROWAVE AND LET COOL. IN MIXER, BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND EGG. ADD FLOUR. ADD CHOC MIXTURE. STIR IN THE REST OF THE CHIPS AND CHILL WHILE YOU PREPARE THE BROWNIES.STEP 2-MAKE THE BROWNIES
18 TABLESPOONS SOFT BUTTER
1 1/2C. SUGAR
5 EGGS
1 TSP. VANILLA
1 1/2C. FLOUR
3/4C. COCOA POWDER
1/4 TSP. BAKING POWDER
PREHEAT OVEN 350 AND LINE 9X 13 PAN WITH NONSTICK FOIL. IN MIXER, BEAT BUTTER & SUGAR UNTIL FLUFFY. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIE AND VANILLA. ADD FLOUR, COCOA POWDER AND BAKING POWDER. SPREAD HALF IN THE PAN. POUR THE FILLING ON TOP. SPREAD THE REST OF THE BATTER CAREFULLY ON TOP.BAKE THE BROWNIES FOR 30-35 MINUTES UNTIL INSERTED KNIFE IS CLEAN.
TOPPING: MELT 8 OUNCES SEMI SWEET CHIPS IN THE MICROWAVE AND POUR ON TOP OF THE COOLED BROWNIES. SPREAD EVENLY AND CHILL TO SET.
