Fruity Pebble Pancakes
 
Ingredients
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1½ T. sugar
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 1¼ c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 T. melted butter and cooled slightly
  • 1 cup fruity pebbles, plus extra for garnish
  • Extra butter for skillet/griddle
Instructions
  1. Combine eggs and milk with a whisk.
  2. Whisk in butter.
  3. Add all dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in cereal.
  5. Heat skillet/griddle with butter and dollop ⅓ cup for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles appear and it browns on edges.
  7. Flip and cook other side.
  8. Serve with syrup and sprinkle with extra fruity pebbles!
