Peppermint Chocolate Bark
  • Equal Parts dark and white chocolate disks, melted according to package directions
  • Ghirardelli peppermint chunks
  1. Line al baking pan with parchment.
  2. Pour on the dark chocolate.
  3. Pour the white chocolate on top in a circle design.
  4. Use a chop stick to gently swirl the 2 together.
  5. Sprinkle on the peppermint chunks,
  6. Chill a few mins until hard and break into bark pieces.
