Marinated Pork Loin
 
Ingredients
  • Pork loin-about 4 pounds
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1½ cups olive oil
  • ¾c. Tamari (or soy sauce)
  • ¼c. worcesteshire sauce
  • 2 T. dry mustard
  • 2¼ tsp. kosher salt
  • ⅓ c. lemon juice
  • 1 T. pepper
  • ½c. balsamic or red wine vinegar
Instructions
  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a large dish.
  2. Add pork loin and cover.
  3. Marinate over night.
  4. Bake at 350, uncovered until cooked through-check at one hour for internal temperature.
