Crockpot Salsa Chicken
  • 3 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 16 oz salsa
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • sliced avocados
  • taco shells (soft or hard) or lettuce wraps
  1. Place chicken in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the top.
  3. Pour the salsa right over it. Pour on the lime juice.
  4. Sprinkle cilantro on top.
  5. Cook on low 7 hours.
  6. Shred chicken and return to salsa sauce.
  7. Serve n taco shells or lettuce wraps or over rice.
  8. Top with avocado slices!
