Garlic Parmesan Shrimp
 
Ingredients
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves, for garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease a baking sheet.
  3. Lay shrimp on sheet.
  4. Add olive oil, garlic and Parmesan.
  5. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss to mix.
  7. Cook in oven 8-10 mins.
  8. Squeeze lemon over shrimp.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
