Make-Ahead Chicken Cutlets
  • Thin chicken cutlets, trimmed and pounded
  • eggs
  • flour
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  1. Dip cutlets flour, then beaten egg, then crumbs.
  2. Lay cutlets on a pan lined with wax paper.
  3. Freeze in the freezer until solid about 45 mins.
  4. Store in ziploc freezer bags.
  5. When ready to cook, heat olive oil in pan.
  6. Fry cutlets until golden on each side.
  7. Season with salt.
