Peanut Butter Chocolate Mud Pie
 
Ingredients
Crust
  • 7 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 T. sugar
Filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • a few chopped peanuts to sprinkle on top.
Topping
  • 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate bar, melted
  • chopped peanuts
  • sea salt
Instructions
Crust
  1. Melt butter and stir in the crumbs, nuts and sugar.
  2. Press into 9 inch pie pan and freeze 1 hour.
Filling
  1. Mix peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar,
  2. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread into frozen crust.
  4. Sprinkle on some chopped peanuts and place in fridge 2 hours.
  5. Drizzle on melted chocolate, more peanuts and sea salt, if desired.
  6. Chill until serving time.
