Panko Parmesan Asparagus
 
Ingredients
  • 12-16 ounces asparagus, the thinner the better! Trim the ends off
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Panko
  • ½ lemon sliced
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 425
  2. Line cookie sheet with nonstick foil.
  3. Lay asparagus on pan.
  4. Drizzle on oil and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle on cheese.
  6. Sprinkle on panko.
  7. Bake 12-14 minutes.
  8. Serve with lemon slices.
  9. Optional: squeeze on some lemon juice ( I did not.)
