Sesame Marinade
  • ¼ cup Tamari or soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  1. Place all in the blender and blend to emulsify.
  2. Remove some to save for after you bbq.
  3. Place chicken of your choice in a ziploc (approx 1½ -2 pounds) and marinade.
  4. Bbq and pour on the reserved sauce or use as a dipping sauce.
  5. Top with chives, if desired!
