Rainbow Cookie Hot Chocolate Bombs
 
Ingredients
  • rainbow cookies (see link above for recipe)
  • hot chocolate bomb (see link above for recipe)
Garnish
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate sauce
  • raspberry preserves, heated
Instructions
  1. Place the bomb in a heat proof glass.
  2. Pour on HOT milk.
  3. Once the bomb explodes, stir in all of the cocoa mix.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
  5. Use a piping bag to drizzle on chocolate and raspberry sauces.
  6. Top with a rainbow cookie...or two!
