Cookie Dough Oreo Sandwiches
  • 1 13.1 ounce package of Oreo Thins
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup milk or cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups flour, cooked (microwaved to 160 degrees for safety)
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips, plus more to garnish if desired
  1. Carefully separate all the Oreos into 2 halves, trying to keep them intact.
  2. Beat butter and sugars.
  3. Add vanilla and cream.
  4. Mix in the salt and flour.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Add a small scoop of cookie dough to half of each pair of split cookies.
  7. Place the other half on top and press gently to make the sandwich.
  8. Press more mini chips around the sides.
