Extra Thick Double Chocolate Cookies
 
Ingredients
  • 1c. butter
  • 1T. canola oil
  • ⅓ c. sugar
  • 1c. light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2½c. flour
  • ½ c. cocoa
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1½c chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Beat butter, oil and sugars until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, cocoa, cornstarch, salt, baking soda.
  4. Stir in chips. Chill 1 hour.
  5. Scoop into 3 ounce tall mounds and bake on parchment lined sheets at 350 approx. 15 mins.
  6. Push in extra chips on top when done.
