Barbecue Marmalade Slow Cooker Chicken
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup orange apricot marmalade
  • 2 Tablespoons Tamari (or soy sauce)
  • scallions, for garnish
  1. Place a whole chicken in the slow cooker. I used a frozen chicken! So easy!
  2. In a measuring cup, combine the bbq sauce, marmalade and Tamari. (or soy sauce)
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on high for 6 hours.
  5. Strain liquid and from slow cooker-discard solids.
  6. Pour this gravy over the chicken.
  7. sprinkle on some scallions
