Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1¼ cup flour
  • 10 ounce bag chocolate chips (I used bittersweet)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment
  3. Cream butter and peanut butter together until smooth. Add both sugars and beat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add egg, vanilla, baking soda and salt.
  5. Add flour.
  6. Fold in chips.
  7. Scoop tablespoon amounts. Roll into a ball and then flatten to approximately ½ inch thick. Place on baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes until golden edges.
  9. Remove from oven and cool completely.
