Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- ½ cup regular mayonnaise
- 3 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic grated
- ⅓ grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp. salt and a few turns of fresh black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with a spoon in a large measuring cup or bowl.
