Heat 1 1/2 T. butter in 8 inch skillet.
When melted, saute turkey, onion and scallions until turkey starts to brown.
Add the rest of butter and let melt.
Whisk egg/cream and season with salt, pepper.
Pour over the goodies in the pan.
Cook on medium pushing the edges in a bit so the runny egg moves to the edges.
Once it sets up, the middle won't be fully cooked yet.
Cover the pan a few minutes until it is cooked to your liking.
Slide onto a plate and fold in half as it leaves the skillet.
Top with cheese, chives and bacon.
Serve with avocado slices and add salt/pepper as needed!
