One Bowl Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • cup butter melted
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray 8 or 9 inch loaf pan with Pam.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  • Stir in the melted butter until smooth.
  • Add sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt and flour.
  • Stir smooth.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and pour into pan.
  • Bake for 45-55 mins.
  • Cool, slice and eat up!
  • Cold slices freeze well, too!
