One Bowl Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- ⅓ cup butter melted
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 ½ cups flour
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray 8 or 9 inch loaf pan with Pam.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Stir in the melted butter until smooth.
- Add sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt and flour.
- Stir smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pour into pan.
- Bake for 45-55 mins.
- Cool, slice and eat up!
- Cold slices freeze well, too!
