Toasted S’mores Bars
These are a killer dessert option that everyone will go crazy for!
Toasted S'mores Bars
Ingredients
- 7 whole graham crackers broken into pieces
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 8 tablespoons butter cut into ½-inch pieces and chilled
- 6 1.55-ounce Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Bars, divided
- 1 cup Fluff
- 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line 8 inch panw ith nonstick foil.
- Put crackers in food process and grind up.
- Add flour, sugar, and salt and pulse to combine.
- Add butter and pulse until mixture looks like wet sand.
- Press dough into pan and bake 13 mins.
- Cool completely.
- Top with 5 chocolate bars-break some up to fit.
- Top with Fluff (wet fingertips to help spread evenly)
- Top with marshmallows.
- Bake 10-15 mins-keep an eye on marshmallows.
- Cool 4 hours and slice into bars.
