Peanut Butter Chocolate Mud Pie

Ingredients
Crust

Tablespoons
melted butter

graham cracker crumbs
½
cup
finely chopped pecans

sugar
Filling
1
cup
heavy cream
whipped to stiff peaks
1
cup
creamy peanut butter
8
ounces
softened cream cheese
½
cup
sugar
a few chopped peanuts to sprinkle on top.
Topping
4
ounces
semi sweet chocolate bar
melted
chopped peanuts
sea salt
Instructions
Crust
Melt butter and stir in the crumbs, nuts and sugar.
Press into 9 inch pie pan and freeze 1 hour.
Filling
Mix peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar,
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread into frozen crust.
Sprinkle on some chopped peanuts and place in fridge 2 hours.
Drizzle on melted chocolate, more peanuts and sea salt, if desired.
Chill until serving time.
