Peanut Butter Chocolate Mud Pie

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 7 Tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 T. sugar

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • a few chopped peanuts to sprinkle on top.

Topping

  • 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate bar melted
  • chopped peanuts
  • sea salt

Instructions
 

Crust

  • Melt butter and stir in the crumbs, nuts and sugar.
  • Press into 9 inch pie pan and freeze 1 hour.

Filling

  • Mix peanut butter, cream cheese and sugar,
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Spread into frozen crust.
  • Sprinkle on some chopped peanuts and place in fridge 2 hours.
  • Drizzle on melted chocolate, more peanuts and sea salt, if desired.
  • Chill until serving time.
