Sinful Frosted Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 10 tablespoons butter
  • 1 T. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa sifted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup lightly packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Frosting

  • ⅓ cup butter soft
  • ⅓ cup cream cheese room temp
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups confectioner's sugar sifted
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
  • Line an 8x8 inch pan with nonstick foil.
  • Melt butter in microwave.
  • Add corn syrup and stir well.
  • Add vanilla and cocoa and whisk.
  • Add eggs, egg yolk & sugars.
  • Fold in flour.salt.
  • Bake 25-30 mins. Cool.

Frosting

  • Beat butter and cream cheese.
  • Add cocoa.
  • Add confectioner's sugar.
  • Add a little bit of milk if it is too thick.
  • Add vanilla and salt.
  • Frost cooled brownies.
