Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups + 2 tablespoons flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¾ cup butter soft
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- ½ c. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate covered pretzel pieces
- 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven 325.
- Beat butter and sugars.
- Add egg and yolk.
- Add vanilla.
- On low, add all dry ingredients.
- Fold in pretzel pieces and chocolate.
- Chill 30 mins,
- Drop by T. on sheet and bake 8-10.
- Cool completely.
