Ingredients
Brussel Sprouts

Avocado oil
salt/pepper
to taste
Salmon
salt and pepper

butter
Fried Rice
dark sesame oil

eggs

sliced onions
soy sauce/tamari

ounces
brown rice
Instructions
Brussel Sprouts
Trim off the bottoms and peel off the outer few leaves.
Toss with Avocado oil, salt & pepper and roast at 375 for 30 mins.
Salmon
Season with salt/pepper.
Top with butter.
Broil 11 minutes.
Fried Rice
Heat some oil. (Toasted sesame is my fave)
Scramble 4 eggs.
Add sliced onions.
Add 20 ounces cooked brown rice and soy sauce/Tamari
