Parmesan Garlic Butter Chicken Skewers

This amazing dish is made right in your air fryer!
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

Chicken Skewers

  • 5 wooden skewers soaked in water 20 mins
  • 6 thin chicken cutlets cut in half into long strips
  • Seasonings you like I used garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Sauce

  • 1 stick salted butter melted
  • ΒΌ cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves chopped fine
  • salt to taste
  • parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • While skewers are soaking, drizzle chicken with oil.
  • Generously season both sides of chicken
  • Thread chicken onto skewers (2 strips approx per skewer)
  • Airy fry at 400 for approx 20 mins. Use a thermometer to check when they have reached 165 degrees since all air fryers vary. Turn skewers half way through cooking and add a drizzle of oil.
  • While they are cooking, combine melted butter, parsley, cheese, garlic and salt.
  • When skewers are done remove and immediately drizzle the parmesan garlic butter sauce on top!
