While skewers are soaking, drizzle chicken with oil.
Generously season both sides of chicken
Thread chicken onto skewers (2 strips approx per skewer)
Airy fry at 400 for approx 20 mins. Use a thermometer to check when they have reached 165 degrees since all air fryers vary. Turn skewers half way through cooking and add a drizzle of oil.
While they are cooking, combine melted butter, parsley, cheese, garlic and salt.
When skewers are done remove and immediately drizzle the parmesan garlic butter sauce on top!
