Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber clices
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark roasted sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves pressed
  • pinch of salt
  • optional: chili oil
  • sesame seeds toasted, for garnish
