Sausage, Broccolini and Orecchiette

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package sweet italian sausage (Chicken or Pork-out of casing)
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 6 garlic cloves chopped
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 3 T. heavy cream
  • 2-3 bunches broccolini trimmed
  • parmesan cheese to taste
  • ½ pound orechiette cooked and drained

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a skillet and brown sausage, breaking up into pieces.
  • Add garlic cloves and red pepper.
  • Add broth, wine and cream. Season with salt/pepper.
  • Bring up to a low simmer and add broccolini.
  • Cook a few mins and add pasta with lots of parmesan cheese.
