Chocolate Covered Oreos
Ingredients
- melting disks I like Merckens
- oreos
- sprinkles
Instructions
- These can be made with or without a mold. Melt chocolate gently in a double boiler or microwave.
- If using a mold, add sprinkles first and then a little chocolate. Chill.
- Add Oreo and enough chocolate till fill in sides and top. Chill until set and unmold.
- If you skip the mold, just dip and lay oreos on parchment. Add sprinkles and chill 5 mins until set.
