Wipe out excess oil from skillet (Leave a little) and add a Tablespoon of butter.
Heat skillet on stove and add shallots for a few mins.
Deglaze with broth and let it reduce.
Whisk in mustard, cream, butter, lemon and continue cooking until reduced and delish.
Season with salt/pepper.
Slice chicken on a diagonal and lay in pan.
Garnish with lemon slices.
