Beat butter and sugars.
Add vanilla, egg, yolk.
Add dry ingredients.
Add chips.
Shape into 2 ounce mounds. (Can roll and dimple for texture)
Chill at least 25 mins in freezer or longer in fridge.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 425.
Lay cookies on parchement, place in oven and immediately lower to 375.
Bake approx 12 mins.
Remove and top with reese's pieces and sea salt
