Preheat the oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll one sheet of puff pastry out a bit and lay on the parchment.
Brush the edges with the beaten egg.
Cut the second sheet into 4 (1/2 inch) wide strips and stick them on the permieter of the first sheet to create a raised "crust."
Brush more egg on the strips and sprinkle on sesame seeds and black pepper.
Use a fork to prick the inside of the pastry.
In the center, lay the basil & garlic.
Then sprinkle the cheeses over top.
Lay on the artichokes and give a light drizzle of honey over the top.
Freeze 10 mins.
Bake 25-30 minutes until cheesy and golden!
