In a large skillet, melt butter and oil.
Add garlic and anchovies and stir to melt anchovies.
Add shrimp and cook on both sides then remove to a plate.
Add wine, broth and clams/clam juice, lemon juice and let simmer.
add a splash of cream and cheese
Add orzo and let cook 7-10 mins.
Return shrimp to pan.
Add a sprinkle of salt/pepper and top with parsley and lemon slices.
