Season shrimp with paprika, garlic and salt.
In a large skillet, heat 1 -2 T oil and cook the shrimp a few minutes on each side.
Remove shrimp to a plate.
Add the shallots and garlic.
Add sun-dried tomatoes cooking 2 more mins.
Add broth and mustard.
Bring up to a boil and add orzo 7-10 mins.
Add cream and cheese.
Stir and return shrimp to pan for a few mins.
Top with basil or parsley.
