Toffee Pretzel Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup toffee bits
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 ¼ cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Beat butter and sugars.
- Add egg/vanilla
- Add dry ingredients.
- Add chips, pretzels and toffee.
- Weigh out 3.2 ounce mounds of dough and bake approx 18 mins. Use a 4 inch round cookie cutter to help with reshaping once done.
