Toffee Pretzel Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup crushed pretzels
  • ¾ cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Beat butter and sugars.
  • Add egg/vanilla
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Add chips, pretzels and toffee.
  • Weigh out 3.2 ounce mounds of dough and bake approx 18 mins. Use a 4 inch round cookie cutter to help with reshaping once done.
