Toffee Pretzel Cookies
My son was the first to bake these and they looked so amazing I had to whip up a batch, too!
Toffee Pretzel Cookies
Ingredients
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup toffee bits
- 1 cup salted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2¼ cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Beat butter and sugars.
- Add egg/vanilla
- Add dry ingredients.
- Add chips, pretzels and toffee.
- Weigh out 5 ounce mounds of dough and bake 12-14 mins.
