Jake’s Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

My son baked these up all by himself from his cooking class in school!

Jake's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

½ c. butter
½ c. light brown sugar
¼ c. sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. vanilla
¾ c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375
Beat butter and sugars.
Add egg and vanilla.
Add flour, oats, baking soda, salt, cinnamon.
Add chips.
Scoop by Tablespoons and bake approx 10 mins.
