Once your butter is browned in saucepan, pour it into a heat safe bowl with both sugars and vanilla, stirring well.
Let cool a bit then add eggs, one at a time.
Stir in sour cream well.
Fold in dry ingredients and then stir in chips.
Chill overnight or a few hours.
Remove to counter until soft enough to scoop.
Scoop 3 ounce mounds and bake at 350 for 15 mins,
Remove from heat and add additional chips on top.
Let cool on tray.
