Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies
It looks like we have a new favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. I have never made a chocolate chip cookie with sour cream in it before and now I know I’ve been missing out. The texture of these cookies was spot on and the addition of browned butter made them extra special. A sprinkle of coarse sea salt would also be fabulous next time! I mean just look at the edges on these cookies…perfection! I used a combo of semi sweet, milk and dark chocolate chips but feel free to use your favorite.
