Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Beat butter and sugars creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Fold in chips.
Scoop dough by 3 T. and pop in freezer just 5 mins to get them cold.
Bake 12-14 mins.
Top with a few extra chips.
Can keep dough in fridge overnight and bake the rest the next day.
