Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookies
These bakery style cookies were so simple to whip up and received a fabulous rating from my youngest cookie tester!
Bakery Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 sticks salted butter room temp
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 ¼ cups light brown sugar 1 1/3c. is what I actually used!!! A well made mistake!
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat butter and sugars creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Fold in chips.
- Scoop dough by 3 T. and pop in freezer just 5 mins to get them cold.
- Bake 12-14 mins.
- Top with a few extra chips.
- Can keep dough in fridge overnight and bake the rest the next day.
