Funfetti Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup salted butter soft
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 T. light brown sugar
- 1 egg plus 1 yolk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 ¾ c. all purpose flour
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- ½ c. sprinkles
Rolling
- extra sugar to roll cookies in
- extra sprinkles for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350.
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs and vanilla combining well.
- Slowly add dry ingredients and mix just until blended.
- Fold in the sprinkles.
- Weigh out 3 ounce mounds, press on extra sprinkles and roll in the extra sugar.
- Bake for approx 15 mins and cool.
- This made 11 cookies.
