Chill dough 30 mins.
Scoop out 50 gram balls and bake at 37510-11 mins.
Can also freeze the 50 gram and balls and bake from frozen. Just watch in the oven adding an extra 2-3 mins.
Sprinkle top with a drop of coarse sea salt out of the oven.
