Chocolate Chip Crumb Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
  • cup canola oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water

Crumb Topping

  • 8 T. cold butter cubed
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ c. mini chocolate chips

Garnish

  • Extra mini chips
  • powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 350 and line 9x13 pan with nonstick foil.
  • Electric mix cake mix, oil, eggs, water.
  • Once smooth pour into pan and bake 15 mins.
  • Meanwhile, prepare crumbs by beating all ingredients together.
  • Carefully remove the cake and sprinkle crumbs on top.
  • Bake an additional 15 mins.
  • Remove and sprinkle on some extra chips. The heat from the cake will melt them.
  • When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
