Pretzel Crusted Buffalo Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 pound boneless chicken tenders
  • 1 cup finely crushed salted pretzels
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 handful fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion salt powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried Ranch seasoning (Trader Joes_
  • extra virgin olive oil

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine the pretzels with the seasonings.
  • Dredge chicken in the egg, then pretzel mixture and then pan fry in olive oil until golden on both sides. Drizzle Buffalo Sauce on top.

  • Mix all ingredients to combine.
