Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet.
Add the onions and cook 5 mins.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add the wine and cook on high heat deglazing the bottom until most of the wine evaporates, about 3 mins.
Add tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Cover, and simmer on the lowest heat for 15 minutes.
Add the pasta.
Serve the sausage and peppers over the pasta!
