Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Grease an 8-inch cheesecake pan, I prefer removable bottom and line with parchment. Let the parchment extend up past the rim of the pan.
In a mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy and smooth on medium.
Add one egg at a time.
On low, add cream.
Slowly add flour and salt,
Pour into your pan and bake 1 hour until very golden. Center should still have a joggle.
Cool 5-10 minutes and remove from pan.
Chill.
