Line a large jelly roll pan with nonstick foil.
(or now, I prefer to use a rack sitting slightly above a jellyroll pan)
Heat oven to 500-I like to add a pizza stone in the oven.
Lay wings on sheet.
Drizzle on butter and then very generously add the seasonings.
Toss to coat evenly and add more paprika.
Cook 20 mins. Flip
Cook another 20 or until crisp.
Remove each wing to a cooling rack.
