Roll out crust on parchment into a large round circle.
Dock bottom and brush with the oil/cheese.
Prebake in a 500 degrees oven for 8 minutes and remove.
Top with some of your spinach artichoke spread, baby broccoli, then your chicken or shrimp and top with cheese.
Return to oven for 8-9 minutes.
Top with chives and the rest of the olive oil.
