Mix all ingredients until well blended.
Line 9x13 pan with nonstick foil and spread in the batter.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let sit just 2 mins.
Slowly and carefully lay the crumbs on the cake and mound them up!
Bake 20 more minutes.
Let cool and then cut/dust with powdered sugar!
