In a pot, combine garlic, wine, honey, balsamic and dijon.
Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer for 2-3 mins till thickened.
Pour some in a bowl for when salmon is done. Brush remaining onto salmon.
Bake at 400 for 15 mins.
Top with rest of glaze and fresh parsley.
Flake and place on top of salad.
