Fig Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound king salmon

Fig Balsamic Glaze

  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 T. white wine
  • 1 T. honey
  • c. fig balsamic
  • 1 T. plus 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • salt/pepper
  • chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Lay salmon on foil lined jellyroll pan.
  • Add sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  • Make glaze

Glaze

  • In a pot, combine garlic, wine, honey, balsamic and dijon.
  • Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer for 2-3 mins till thickened.
  • Pour some in a bowl for when salmon is done. Brush remaining onto salmon.
  • Bake at 400 for 15 mins.
  • Top with rest of glaze and fresh parsley.
  • Flake and place on top of salad.
